Distilled in classic old-world style with imported, Scottish, peated barley, aged 4 years in new American oak, then cut with water from the Holy Cross Wilderness for a taste that is truly unique, this bold whisky presents what we like to call “an approachable” level of peat. This particular release has a Parachute Adams fly tucked under the tin closure and ready to catch trout on our home waters.
